How to Enable Cookies or Javascript


You have Cookies and/or JavaScript disabled. As a result, you may be missing features that the Web has to offer. Many sites – including this one – use JavaScript and Cookies to provide you a richer, fuller browsing experience.

To enable Cookies and JavaScript, follow these simple step-by-step instructions (instructions for Cookies are also shown):


 PC & INTERNET EXPLORER v6.x

  1. Select Tools from menu
  2. Click Internet Options...
  3. To enable your browser for JavaScript:

    – Click Security tab at top
    – Custom Level
    – Scroll down to Active Scripting
    – Click choice to Enable
    – Click OK to accept changes

  4. To enable your browser for Cookies:

    – Click Privacy tab at top
    – Click Advanced
    – Click choices to Override Auto Control Handling, Always Allow Session Cookies
    – Click OK to accept changes

  5. Click OK to accept & exit dialog box

 
Safari

  1. Select Safari from menu
  2. Click Preferences...

  3. To enable your browser for Cookies:

    – Click the Security tab
    – In the Accept Cookies section, select Always

  4. Click Close to accept & exit dialog box

Netscape

  1. Select Edit from menu
  2. Click Preferences...

  3. To enable your browser for Cookies:

    – Click the Privacy and Security selection
    – Click the Cookies selection
    – Under Cookie Acceptance Policy either check the Enable All Cookies checkbox or Allow cookies based on policy settings
    – IfAllow cookies based on policy settings is selected, click on View and make sure the level is at Low or Medium

  4. Click OK to accept & exit dialog box

FireFox

  1. Select Tools from menu
  2. Click Options...

  3. To enable your browser for Cookies:

    – Click Privacy selection
    – Click the Cookies selection
    – Check the Enable Cookies and Accept Cookies Normally checkboxes

  4. Click OK to accept & exit dialog box

Opera

  1. Select Tools from menu
  2. Click Preferences...

  3. To enable your browser for Cookies:

    – Click Privacy selection
    – The Enable Cookies checkbox must be checked
    – Accept All Cookies should be selected in the "Normal Cookies" drop-down
    – Click OK to accept changes

  4. Click OK to accept & exit dialog box
